I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Tippy

We're happy to tell you that Tippy has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Cats Page to see the pups currently available.

Tippy was part of a litter of 8.  Owner didn't spend much time with them and they weren't very socialized, so we took them in to give them a shot at a loving forever home.  She and her sister Smudge came to us together, and while they like each other and play together well, they really are not bonded (Smudge is also up for adoption, and can be adopted together with Tippy, or separately.)

Tippy is exotic looking, and foster says she almost looks like a fox with her amber eyes.  She's an explorer, who she wanders the house checking things out - very inquisitive.  She loves to chase ropes and strings, and things she can swat around.  She does like to cuddle, but doesn't usually initiate.  HOWEVER,  if you pick her up and start to cuddle, she's all purrs and happiness.  They are pretty quiet in general, but at night they "talk" to each other to keep up with where the other is.  As mentioned, they weren't well socialized, but even in a span of 1 week, we are seeing progress in their comfort and are adapting so well.

When a stranger comes over, they generally hide for about 10 minutes, until their curiosity kicks in and they will hang out with you.  They sleep under fosters' bed, usually during the day, and at night they are on the prowl, looking for adventures in the house.

Tippy will fit in just about anywhere, and is loving her new life!  come meet Tippy and see for yourself!
