Our little Ruby (aka Leela) is the definition of Perfectly Imperfect.
This little girl was found by a good Samaritan with a ruptured right eye and was brought into Veterinary Emergency Group in Clifton, NJ. She had her damaged eye removed and VEG contacted our rescue to foster her through her recovery.
Ruby is thriving in foster care and is vetted and ready for adoption!
Ruby is shy at first, but will instantly purr when she gets the loving pets she craves. She has discovered the joy of string toys, as well as toys that jingle. When you talk to her, she responds with sweet slow blinks from her remaining eye. This girl is an absolute lover and is so deserving of a home that will cherish her unique adorable gaze.
