The cold didn't bother her anyway...
Meet Elsa, rescued from the freezing cold when she was left outside the Rosemarie's Rescue Resale Shop back door in a carrier. Her sister, Anna, was left out in the cold with her. It's hard to tell she was abandoned, because this beautiful soul is so sweet and so thankful to have a warm room and a full belly!
Elsa is around 4-5 years of age, and is intensely loving and affectionate. She loves to sleep in bed with her people and will give lots of gentle head butts and will make biscuits for all of the attention. She was certainly a house cat before coming to us on Monday, December 9th when she was left in a carrier in the freezing cold outside of our rescue resale shop in Verona, NJ. We are so very grateful to our rescue volunteer, Dale, for finding her and acquiring help. She was so very cold when she was discovered that she was barely moving. Once she was warmed up, she came to life and showed that she was so very thankful for being saved! Social, friendly, and an absolute dream of a cat!
Elsa is negative for FiV/FeLV, is flea and worm free, is UTD on vaccinations, is newly micro-chipped, and is ready for find her new forever home. The jury is still out on whether or not she is spayed, as we are waiting to see if she goes into heat. Please consider adding this sweet girl to your family this holiday season!
