Ashley is a heart-meltingly handsome little guy who has a gorgeous black coat with faint tabby shadows. Found as a stray, he has been staying in a foster home and settled in right away! The foster home has a 4-year-old daughter and they are inseparable, so Ashley would do well in a home with children (he is not phased by loud playing and running – and being held A LOT!). He is fearless, and doesn't let the vacuum cleaner or the hair dryer scare him one bit! He doesn't scratch the furniture as long as he has his scratching post. He's a climber - so think vertically when looking for him!
He settled into the foster home very quickly – has been used to a carpeted room to himself overnight (he cries a little after he’s left but then settles – he’s definitely ready to see people in the morning!) He has been eating well. He loves to be held – he’s a little snuggle-bug. He has big kitten energy – spending his day either snuggled up on laps or shoulders purring, or swatting at your feet as you walk by (he also loves hands!)…and then, sleep time! Because he likes to play fight, he’d do well in a home with another cat (though he’s been staying in a home without other cats), or people who have time to play with this fun guy.
