FOSTER NEEDED ASAP - SOS
I need a patient foster for am emergency situation. Someone who can help an innocent puppy mill puppy unlearn the atrocities done to him.
He is currently living in a crate 24/7 in a hot garage here in Morris County, NJ.
He was purchased from the Amish by a well-meaning but unstable young woman. She is unable to care for him, so he landed in her terminally ill elderly mother's garage. She, also, is unable to care for him at this critical stage of her life. We need to help this puppy.
He has been relieving himself in his crate because he doesn't understand anything else. He's a baby. He needs structure, rewards, love and patience.
Who can take on this poor soul.
