Looking for a loving, energetic, and playful pup? Stacey is your girl. Stacey is approximately 7 months old and is just under 30 lbs. We believe she could be a Mountain Feist/Portuguese Podengo but that's only a best guess! Stacey is full of energy and loves to play and run around - she needs time to run off energy and play daily. A fenced-in yard is mandatory. She is super-friendly without an aggressive bone in her body. Zero. Nilch. None. Not with people. Not with other animals. None! <p><p>
But let's be real here. She's a wild stallion who needs to be wrangled! No one has ever trained Stacey, and she needs enforced boundaries. The great news is she wants to please. Takes direction. Housebroken. Spayed. And is completely crate trained!!! Walks right into her crate when instructed (especially when lured by a bone, her favorite!) <p><p>
Stacey is currently in training, and we will be providing you with personal one on one training as long as you are with proximity of our area. Our goal is to provide you with the tools needed to give Stacey the happy life she deserves. This is our wonderful rehab policy at work. This is why we fundraise. <p><p>
Stacey smiles constantly, loves to be pet, desires attention and likes to cuddle. She's also a bull-in-a-china closet, so you'll need to wrangle up your inner cowboy to get her on track toward goodest girl status. <p><p>
Not only is she crate-trained and sleeps well in the crate at night, she also patiently waits in the morning until you are ready to take her out. So enjoy a cup of coffee in bed first, and then let her out! She can also rest quietly in her crate for periods during the day. Which is a great time to recharge, for you and for her. <p><p>
AND she’s housebroken! She knows the sit command and is learning others. Not much of a barker, either. <p><p>
