Welcome Penelope to RRR! She just arrived at the end of March (with her twin brother Pablo)- pulled at the last second from a high kill shelter. Penelope is about 4 months old and 14 pounds of wiggly terrier/hound mix with soft floppy ears.
She’s not yet spayed but is up to date on her vaccines and will be available for adoption soon once she decompresses! More details coming soon!
