Little Buddy came to us as an owner surrender from KY. We can't figure out why, because he's absolutely the BEST!!
This guy is a super affectionate, loving, happy chappy who is loving life at his foster with her 2 dogs. He is definitely an owner pleaser, and even tries to kiss to apologize when he does something that is a no-no. Additionally, he is exceptionally gentle and calm for a young dog.
Favorite pastime? CUDDLING - Little Buddy IS the original Cuddle Bug. He just loves to hug and kiss you, and will do anything to please you. He loves to be with his foster most of all - when she is home relaxing, he is either at her feet or sitting next to her on the sofa. He plays with bones and balls in the back yard, and romps around with his foster sibs with whom he gets along beautifully. He is fine on a leash, and doesn't pull. Almost never barks either. In the car, he is chill too - just lays down and relaxes.
When company comes, Little Bud will come over and gently jump and lick you - Congratulations, your his new best friend!!!! He currently know Sit, and maybe Stay, but he learns quickly, especially when it pleases his person and there's food involved....
Little Buddy is a special boy, and about as close to perfect as we get here in rescue world - loving, friendly, healthy, happy, chill and eager to please. He will be a great family dog, and would probably be best in a home with another pet, or pets, as he loves being social. Come meet him, but be warned, you won't go home alone!!
