Welcome Gracie! Gracie was and owner surrender by a backyard breeder, and was ditched for the new baby in the house (after she was done making her owner money.) Their loss is our gain - we love this little fireplug!
Gracie is silly and sweet and LOVES belly rubs, scratches and pets. She is affectionate and gives kisses and paws, and loves to be near her peeps. She's an incredibly sweet dog, knows basic commands, playful, cutesy and demure. It IS true, she snores, but in a most lady-like fashion ;). She's great in the car, and when company comes she'll walk right up and greet you with butt wiggles, hoping for pets and cuddles. Gracie LOVES tug of war, and squeaky toys and bones. She loves long, slow walks - she's a bit of a meanderer and likes to check everything out. She doesn't chase though, and has no prey drive (she ignores cats too). Your neighborhood critters are safe!
In the evenings she will either be at your feet, or in her fluffy bed nearby. She can't jump on the couch - although she is very fit, her legs are too short and she can't reach, but she stays around and keeps an eye out for you.
Vet check and spay coming by end of October. She will be ready after two weeks for adoption. Gracie is great with kids and cats, dogs she is picky, like any bulldog. She circles around when fosters' dog play and loves to hang with them. She's just a lovely little gal. And who couldn't love that face?!
