Yup. Perfect dog. Right here. Look no further.....

He's hereeeeeee!!!! Super Cooper is just the perfect dog - EVERYONE who meets him says the same thing: "That Cooper...he's just the perfect dog!"

Coop is super affectionate and friendly, and will need to say hi to EVERYONE he meets. But he's a people magnet and no one stays away - he's so handsome and charming. VERY smart. VERY gentle. Active and playful. THE PERFECT DOG.

At about 10 months, Cooper is really still a youngster and thrives with mental and physical stimulation. He is food motivated and trains easily. He adores the dog park and playing with other dogs, and has no aggression at all. In the evenings, you'll find Cooper in the living room with everyone else - very content just to be around others. He doesn't really like or need a crate - he is completely housebroken, and exhibits no destructive behavior when home alone. He likes to watch out the window or sit with you on the couch. At night, he sleeps next to bed on floor. PERFECT!

When a new person comes over, he is excited to greet them, but doesn't jump. He wags his tail and may give out a woooo, and goes to the door as the greeting committee. Once entering, he will greet you, ask for pets, then just lay down and watch. PERFECT!

After digging, I DID find one flaw.......he begs a bit at the table. We believe he may have only had a diet of table scraps before. It is a priority in his current training, and we believe this will fade now that he is in a stable environment, but for now, don't turn your back on the pot roast...!

Seriously, Cooper came to us from a rough situation, and has been totally transformed through the love and care he's received in foster care. What's his perfect home now? Probably a fenced in yard (a nice to have but not required), and an active family with kids would be wonderful. He's a great walking and hiking dog and needs stimulation and to be mentally and physically challenged.
