Fully rehabbed by living in my home with my sons over the past year. This 5+ year old sweetheart is a dream dog today.
His backstory was a sad one. Left for dead in a crate for 5 days without food or water or relief, he survived long enough to be rescued and transported home to us.
▪︎ Buddy was Heartworm+ when we discovered him dying in that crate. We provided full medical treatment and he's made a full recovery.
▪︎ His favorite pasttime is spending time cuddling his human (me). Oh, and chasing my cats! No No No Cats please!!!
▪︎ Buddy is housebroken, non-destructive, other-dog friendly, laid-back, and extremely grateful to have been rescued.
We've even helped him overcome his fear of crates! He has learned he can trust his human to come back for him. His strides are remarkable!
Buddy needs a fenced-in-backyard so he can lavish in the freedom of not being locked up outdoors left to die. He loves to lay out in the sun and absorb the comforting rays of warmth.
Buddy is truly the Bestest-Boy.
