Say hello to these two adorable Tuxie girls - Genesis and Tara! These sweeties came to us as a shelter pull from Newark, and are settling in at their wonderful foster home. They are seeking a family to give them the everlasting love they deserve... will it be with you?
Genesis and Tara and litter box trained and are quite clean and tidy! Their favorite playtime toys are the small mice that they can toss around rambunctiously and then snuggle with when they are ready to rest. When meeting new people, they are very curious and inquisitive, but overall are gentle and friendly. They have shown that they are bonded - mostly by way of snuggling together and grooming one another. They are each others comfort kitten! On a casual afternoon home with their foster, they are always close by sleeping, eating, or playing with one another.Â
These babies are UTD on vaccinations, and have an overall clean bill of health, but due to their young age they are not yet spayed. The good news is that because we are a licensed, registered 501(c)3 rescue with the state of NJ, they are eligible to be spayed for just $20 with proof of adoption (adoption contract) through the NJ Low Cost Spay/Neuter Grant Program. It's super-easy, just present our contract at a participating vet and make their spay appts! Our local vet participates, and you may just find yours does too!
