Meet Aruba Ruby! Estimated to be 4 years old, she's the sweetest little Shih-tzu mix. She came to RRR as a stray found wandering the streets of northern NJ. She's been decompressing in a loving foster home the last few weeks and is ready to start looking for her new forever family.
