One of NINE from an 'accidental' litter of Australian Shepherd/Chihuahua Mix Puppies.
The owner is in the hospital and, sadly, won't be coming home.

▪︎ Pups are all between 10lbs - 12lbs.
▪︎ Pups have 'supposedly' had 3 rounds of puppy shots.
▪︎ Will be Re-Vaxxing
▪︎ Pups are all using weewee pads.
▪︎ Estimated Size Medium-Small.
Petite Franco is on the smaller side - and will need some extra love (and food) to help him bulk up. He is doing well with housebreaking, although there is still the occasional accident inside the home. Franco is also already crate trained! He is great on leash and loves to explore the world outside. He currently eats a diet of kibbles and cooked chicken three times a day. He is learning how to play with toys... as we believe he never had exposure to them in the past :(. With new people, Franco has been friendly but is still cautious. An adorable trait of Franco is that he does little reindeer hops when he is excited, which often leads to a hysterical bout of the ZOOMIES!! How adorable!! On a lazy weekend afternoon, Franco can be found lounging around on the couch with his foster parents, or relaxing in his doggy bed while watching TV with the foster family.
In the words of the foster family: "Franco is a sweet and loving dog, he is in no way aggressive, but you have to be patient with him and earn his trust. He loves to be gently pet and curl up next to you or on your lap, he likes to have his nose and body covered in blankets when he sleeps! Franco needs a home that holds a lot of love and patience, but he is worth it, and will give you the same in return!! :)"
Franco is not yet neutered, but is currently in the process of getting fully vaccinated. Could he be the missing piece in your family?
