Angel was rescued from a shelter in Louisiana where she was pregnant, alone, and surely would have been euthanized. We knew we had to step in! 8 puppies later, they’re all healthy and found their various forever homes. Now momma needs her happy ending!
Angel is a sweet girl who likes a calm environment, and greets most with a wagging tail, and a belly to rub! Angel seems to be skittish of some men so she may bark at them, however, as they say, it's all bark and no bite!! She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body!! She is being fostered by a man so she absolutely does warm up to the guys - she just needs a little time and love.
Angel just wants to be with her people or her dog siblings/friends. She loves her chewy toys, but knows the difference between a toy and a shoe or the furniture, which is important! Foster has a fenced in yard, and she loves to be out playing with her foster siblings. She does go on walks but can pull sometimes. Mostly she will walk by your side but if she sees something she wants she could pull so she needs someone that can handle her size on a leash while she is training.
She likes to learn and has quickly picked up stop, sit, no, and stay. She's a good looking gal and she knows it - she loves to admire her good looks in the mirror!
Angel is a young dog, and has good energy - she needs a family who will keep her exercised. A fenced in yard is a nice to have but not required. She can have her moments of being a bit rambunctious, but it really doesn't last long, she just wants to chill next to you. She can also get easily stimulated by what's going on aroud her but with a little guidance and redirection she mellows quickly and will just sit by your side. Belly rubs are her favorite thing in the world though, follow closely by giving kisses to one and all!
